At Skõra, every order is prepared with the same care and intention we put into our formulations.

• We ship internationally via trusted carriers.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on location.

• Shipping is free on all orders over €50.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and your skincare. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently offer return labels.

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
